Be the change

Be the change

We are not static beings, but a constant river of experiences. Healing is not about reaching a destination, but about learning to ride the waves of our own nature without fear.
— Arnold Mindel

Ready to Take the First Step?

About me

I offer private online sessions designed for those ready to look beneath the surface of their challenges.

I am a BACP-accredited counsellor offering online therapy in English and Russian. I work with clients across the UK, Europe, and worldwide — helping people move through anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and the lasting effects of past trauma.

Why People Come to Me

People come to me when something isn't working — and they've already tried to figure out why. They've talked about it, read about it, maybe even been in therapy before. And still, the same patterns show up. The same feelings. The same stuck places. That's exactly where I work best.I specialise in working with: anxiety and chronic stress, depression and emotional numbness, relationship difficulties and recurring conflict, low confidence and self-worth, trauma and difficult past experiences, the emotional challenges of living abroad as an expat

My Approach

My work draws on two complementary frameworks: Person-Centred Therapy — a non-judgmental, client-led approach that prioritises your experience, your pace, and your goals. There is no script. No fixed plan. We work with what is real for you. Process-Oriented Psychology (Process Work) — developed by Arnold Mindell, this approach follows what is actually emerging in a person: emotions, body sensations, recurring dreams, and patterns that keep surfacing despite your best efforts to move past them. Nothing is irrelevant. Everything carries meaning.Together, these approaches allow us to go beneath the surface of your challenges — not just talk about them, but understand what they are trying to tell you.

My Background

I hold a BACP accreditation, which means I work within a strict ethical framework and commit to ongoing professional development. I am also a Russian-speaking therapist, and I understand the particular experience of navigating life between two cultures and two languages.

Qualifications and credentials

Do you work online?

Yes, I work exclusively online, which means I can support clients anywhere in the world — the UK, Europe, or beyond.

How do I know if I'm ready for therapy?

You don't need to be in crisis to start therapy. If you notice recurring patterns, persistent low mood, difficulty in relationships, or simply a feeling that something needs to change — that is enough. Readiness isn't about having the perfect moment. It's about being willing to look honestly at what isn't working.

What are your qualifications?

I am a BACP-accredited counsellor trained in Person-Centred therapy and Process-Oriented Psychology (Process Work).

What if I've tried therapy before and it didn't help?

This is more common than you might think. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all — the approach, the fit with the therapist, and the timing all matter enormously. If previous therapy felt too surface-level or didn't create lasting change, Process-Oriented Psychology often reaches places that more structured approaches don't.

What happens in the first session?

We begin with a free 15-minute call to talk about what brings you to therapy and see whether we are a good fit. If we decide to work together, the first full session is a chance to go deeper — at your pace, without any pressure or fixed agenda.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person. Some clients come with a specific goal and work for 2–11 sessions. Others prefer longer-term support. We will discuss what feels right for you in our first meeting — and revisit it as we go.

What issues do you work with?

I work with anxiety and stress, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, conflict, healing from past trauma, and the emotional challenges of living abroad.

What is the difference between a counsellor, psychologist, and psychiatrist — and which do I need?

A counsellor (like me) works through talking therapy to help you understand patterns, process emotions, and make meaningful change. A psychologist typically focuses on assessment and diagnosis. A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can prescribe medication. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or past trauma — and are not currently in crisis — counselling is usually the right starting point.

Is online therapy safe and confidential?

Yes. Everything you share remains strictly confidential.

Do you offer therapy in Russian?

Yes. I offer sessions in both English and Russian. I work with Russian-speaking clients across the UK, Europe, and worldwide. Working in your mother tongue allows deeper, more precise emotional expression — particularly when exploring trauma, depression, or anxiety.

How much does a session cost?

Sessions are 60 minutes and cost £50. The first 15-minute introductory call is completely free and carries no obligation to continue.

Can I work with you from any country?

Yes. I work online with clients worldwide — wherever you are, we can work together.
